Order Processing

• All in-stock items are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

Made-To-Order

• Our Look 5 Draped Top is a made-to-order Item.

• Please allow 6-8 weeks between the time the order is placed and the time the order is shipped out.

• If your order includes both in-stock and made-t-orderr items, everything will ship together once the pre-order is ready.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

• All orders ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS.

• Estimated delivery time (once shipped):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (rates calculated at checkout)

Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Tracking information will be emailed once your package ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.

• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. We (deptharchive) are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Lost or Damaged Packages
